Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with great bathrooms featuring delicious showers and baths. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, though the hotel can be busy with tours. The dining experience was fantastic with one of the best buffets I've ever experienced. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Lisbon!
I had an overwhelming experience at the hotel, starting from a regular executive floor room and upgrading to a junior suite during the day. The room was spacious, but the extra bed we requested was not installed by the staff as promised, which was a downside.
The hotel provided me with a pleasant stay. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had nice amenities that added a nice touch to my midnight relaxation. The service exemplified true hospitality, attentiveness, and care, going above and beyond even with short notice requests. While the location was a bit far from the center, it was still convenient and offered unique dining experiences like the VW Camper omelette spot. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of options, although the early morning options were limited. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel is conveniently located, ideal for metro access and close to the Zoo. The rooms were decently sized, albeit not spacious, with a standard bathroom layout. The service was top-notch, from the general manager to all staff members. The location offers easy access to transportation, being near a major subway station. The dining experience featured high-quality fare with plenty of variety. Overall, a lovely experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had really nice rooms with a comfortable king bed and a spacious, bright bathroom with a rain shower. However, the room size for that grade was very small. The service was excellent, with helpful staff ready to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations. The location was a bit out of the center but still within a 15-20 minute taxi ride of most places in Lisbon. The dining options were superb with endless yummy goodies, although the restaurant was under construction during our visit.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with an enormous bed, plenty of space, and a double sink in the en-suite. However, the rooms are very noisy, which was a downside during the stay. The check-in process was efficient, and my room was ready when I arrived at about 12 pm, with a short wait of around 2 hours. The hotel is a bit out of the city center but offers convenient access to transportation options like the metro, making it a suitable base. The dining experience was pleasant with a fantastic choice of offerings, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous, although there was a mix-up with the room bill presentation. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel was a good find, offering impeccable, spacious, clean, and cozy rooms at the highest level of quality. The service here was superb, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, although there were some issues regarding my booking that needed addressing. The location, while slightly outside of the tourist attractions, was still good, easy to reach, and convenient for exploring Lisbon and surrounding areas. The dining experience was very nice, with a variety of fresh options at a reasonable price. The facilities were well-equipped and met my needs perfectly.
My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were great, access to the executive lounge definitely worth the room premium, and the breakfast was amazeballs. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small and starting to look old and scuffed.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a King bed and pull out sofa, always kept spotless. However, the room ended up being different from what was initially booked due to an extra cost for a small bed for the child. The service is superb and very friendly. The location is a bit removed from the city center but close to the subway. The dining experience provides many varieties of food, with exceptional options available and a pianist playing in the background.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with excellent bathrooms but has some noise issues. The service is nice but not consistently up to 5-star standards. The location is convenient, especially for public transport options. The dining options are diverse but lacking standard fruit juices. Overall, a good choice for those looking for modern accommodations in a convenient location.
